Spicy Mutton Biryani -A Must Try Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1.Chiken- 1 kg
2.Onion 3 sliced thinly
3.Oil-1/2 cup
4.Salt-to taste
5.Rice-4 cups
6.Tomato-4
7.Ginger Garlic paste-2tbsp
8.Turmeric powder-1tbsp
9.Red chilli powder-4tbsp
10.Coriander powder-1tbsp
11.Potato-5tbsp
12.Gram masala-2tbsp
13.prunes-12 cups
14.Green chillies-8
15.Food color-few drops
16.sliced lemon, chopped coriander

METHOD:

  1. Put some oil in the pan and heat it well, do add onions into it and fry till it changed into golden.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, tomato, prunes, garam masala and red chilli powder then mix it well.
  3. Now add salt and chiken and fry it till it turns light brown.
  4. When chiken is done then add potatos and fry it well.
  5. Now do add green chillies into it and mix it on high flame.
  6. Do boil some rice in a pan keep them aside and let it dry for a while.
  7. Now take a separate pan do add some curry into it (mixture that we have recently made)
  8. Spread garam masala , sliced lemon and boiled rice onto it.
  9. Now let it cook for just 5 to 7 minutes (flame should be very low).
  10. Now serve it according to your taste.
